Braised beef tendon
Ingredients: beef tendon, lettuce, ginger slices, onion segments, aniseed, cooking wine, vegetable oil, pepper, soy sauce, pepper and rock sugar.
Practice: Lettuce is put into the dish for later use; Blanch the beef tendon for later use. Add water, beef tendon, ginger slices, aniseed, cooking wine and water to the pot, stew for about 1 hour, then take it out and cut into pieces. Heat oil in another pot, add pepper, onion and ginger slices to saute, pour the cooked beef tendon and soup into the pot, add soy sauce, pepper and rock sugar and cook until the soup is dry.
