1. flowerpot: I chose a plain clay pot with the size of1010 cm. Plain pottery pots have good air permeability and water permeability. 2. Bark: Try to find a broken bark. 3. Wood chips and Dendrobium seedlings
Potting steps:
. Step 1: put Dendrobium seedlings into a flowerpot, then fill the flowerpot with bark and sawdust, and the bark and sawdust reach the roots of the plant. Step 2: Prepare to water. It is best to drench all the bark and sawdust with a watering pot, but don't let water accumulate in the flowerpot. Pay attention to its drainage. Step 3: Fertilization method: Fertilize only in early spring and late autumn every year, and the amount of fertilization is about 10~ 15 grains. Before fertilization, the fertilizer should be diluted, and it is enough to apply fertilizer twice a year without additional fertilization. Step 4: If pests and diseases are found, they can be directly removed manually when it is light, but when it is serious, it is necessary not only to cut off all the damaged areas, but also to thoroughly remove them with corresponding fungicides and pesticides. After cutting off the damaged area, soak the cut part in clear water for a while, and then replant it in a flowerpot. Step 5: When choosing the location of potted Dendrobium, try to choose a sunny place. If you can't accept the sunshine all day, make sure you have a short time in the sun every day. But at noon in summer, we should shade properly.
Precautions:
In winter, if the bark and sawdust at the lower part of the flowerpot are always wet, don't water it even if the upper part is dry. You can spray water directly on plants. Wait until the bark and sawdust are dry before watering.
