How many levels are there for chef certificates?

The chef certificate is divided into five levels, namely junior, intermediate, senior, technician and senior technician. The application conditions and knowledge and ability requirements for each level of chef certificate are different.

Classification of chef certificates: ***Five levels

1. Junior level (National Occupational Level Five).

2. Intermediate level (National Vocational Level 4).

3. Advanced (National Occupational Level Three).

4. Technician (National Occupational Level Level 2).

5. Senior technician (national professional level one).

A senior chef who meets one of the following conditions is a national professional qualification level three:

① After obtaining the intermediate professional qualification certificate of this profession, he has been working in this profession for more than 4 years continuously, and has passed this qualification. Vocational advanced formal training must meet the prescribed standard hours and obtain a graduation (completion) certificate.

②After obtaining the intermediate professional qualification certificate for this occupation, work in this occupation continuously for more than 7 years.

③College graduates or above who have obtained the intermediate professional qualification certificate in this occupation and have been working in this occupation continuously for more than 2 years.

④ Obtain a vocational graduation certificate from a senior technical school or a vocational school that has been reviewed and approved by the labor and social security administrative department and has advanced skills as the training goal.
