1. Buy pig hearts, wash blood clots, cut them into cross knives, soak them in clear water for half an hour, and drop some high-alcohol liquor into the clear water. If the bleeding water is poured out, change the water and soak it again;
2. Mix the ingredients except Chili noodles and garlic into a bowl of sauce for later use;
3. Remove the pig heart from the clear water and drain it. Pour 5g oil into the pot, heat it, saute garlic, pour the drained pork heart into the pot, stir-fry for one minute with Aauto, add a spoonful of Chili noodles, and stir-fry for another minute.
