Beef persimmon soup is a home-cooked dish with beef and tomatoes as the main ingredients.
ingredients: 2g beef, 3 tomatoes, half an onion, 1 garlic and 1 ginger.
Accessories: 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce and 4 bowls of clear water.
Steps:
1. Prepare the ingredients, wash and slice the beef, dice the onion, slice the ginger and slice the scallion.
2. Peel the tomatoes and dice them.
3. Add a proper amount of clear water to the frying and roasting machine. When the water boils, blanch the beef, skim off the floating foam, remove and drain the water for later use.
