1. First, prepare the tea set. It is generally better to use a tureen for brewing Pu'er raw tea. The diameter of the tureen is larger. As long as we do not cover the lid when brewing, the heat will easily dissipate. When you go out, there will be no odor. And raw tea does not require too high water temperature, and it is better to brew it with a hanging water line. Be careful not to brew in a thermos cup, as this will cause the tea to be too thick and have a bitter taste.
2. Then boil water. It is best to choose purified water or mineral water to make raw Pu'er tea. Pour the boiling water into the tureen, which can play the role of warming cups and washing utensils. Then put in about five grams of tea leaves. To make delicious Pu'er raw tea, you must pay attention to the water temperature. The water temperature does not need to be too high, just about 90 degrees.
3. Next, wash the tea, and use the low-flush method to add water. The first brew is to wake up the tea. Use boiling water to wake up the raw Pu'er tea, and then pour boiling water again. This time is to moisten the tea, which can be tested. The aroma of tea can be seen through the color and transparency of the tea soup, and the inner quality of the tea leaves can be seen.
4. Pay attention to slowly pouring boiling water along the inner wall of the bowl to fully moisten the tea leaves and ensure that the tea soup is evenly leached. This can improve the coordination of the soup. Pay attention to the quick brewing of the tea for the first three brews, and extend the brewing time for the next few brews, so as to ensure the aroma and taste of the tea soup.
