Knock two eggs into a bowl, and use chopsticks to break up the egg liquid, and stir well.
Take a small bowl, add 1/4 tablespoon of raw flour,
Add 1 tablespoon of cold water,
Mix and stir into wet starch water.
Pour the prepared starch water into the egg liquid.
Mix the egg liquid and starch water with chopsticks.
B. Wipe the bottom of the pot once
Take a small bowl clean and waterless, and pour in an appropriate amount of cooking oil
Dip in an appropriate amount of cooking oil with kitchen paper, and evenly spread a layer on the bottom of the pot
Pour in an appropriate amount of egg liquid prepared in Part A
Hold the handle of the pot with your right hand, slightly lift the bottom of the pot, turn the egg liquid clockwise or counterclockwise, and evenly spread it on the bottom of the pot until the egg liquid on the surface solidifies, and see the eggs.
