Ingredients
Pork ribs 500 grams (as needed)
Yam one
Ginger 2 slices
Jujube 2pcs
Salt moderate
Scallion moderate
Gypsophila 8pcs
Wine moderate
Method Steps
Wash the ribs and boil them in hot water to cook out the dirt inside the ribs for about 3 minutes.
Prepare onion and ginger
When the oil is hot, add onion and ginger to the pot.
Stir-fry the ribs once
Add the oil and stir-fry until the ribs change color.
Pour in hot water, submerge the ribs (love soup more). The cooking wine is appropriate.
Stew the ribs on medium heat for about 10 minutes
Add jujubes, wolfberries, appropriate salt, and stew on medium heat for 20 minutes.
Yam one, wash and cut (I use the chicken skin yam, more suitable for the elderly, children eat).
Add the yam and continue to simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes. (Adjust the time according to the softness of the yam.)
Out of the pot. (Chicken skin yam is more suitable for the elderly and children, soft and chewy)
