Mango pancake
Pancake is the Cantonese translation of pancake, a small dried bread cooked in butter in a skillet, which comes in many different versions. Generally speaking, pancakes are made with unleavened flour and are quick-baked breads, although some versions are made with leavened flour as well.
Pancakes are a favorite dessert in the West, but have been honed by Hong Kong people to become one of the classics of Hong Kong-style desserts. Hong Kong people combine pancake and mango perfectly, every time I taste it, I will sincerely admire the person who invented such a delicious combination, the sweetness of mango, the softness and smoothness of cream, together with the western-style pancake. After the creation and improvement of Hong Kong people, mango pancake has become a classic Hong Kong-style dessert.
