Glutinous rice noodles, black sesame filling, red bean filling, oil
Method
1. Add water to the glutinous rice noodles and knead them. It shouldn’t be too soft, try to be as hard as possible. Then it’s time to wake up, and the time to wake up is longer. You can make it the night before
2. Just flatten a small piece of glutinous rice dough, make it as thin as possible, and add the stuffing , then wrap it and press it flat.
3. Add oil to the pot and fry the dough over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
