Feather in ps is in the toolbar. Under the box selection tool on the left side of the toolbox, there are feathering pixels to choose from in its property bar. The use method of feathering is as follows: first, open ps software, then select "Elliptical Box Selection Tool" in the left toolbar, select the area to feather, and finally select the area, click the right mouse button to select "Feathering", and set the feathering radius as needed.

Use of ps feathering

Open ps software, create a new canvas, or open a picture, select Elliptical Box Selection Tool in the left toolbar, and select the area to feather. In the selected area, click the right mouse button to select Feathering, set the feathering radius as needed, click the right mouse button to select Fill, and you can see the feathering effect after filling. You can also find feathering and settings in the menu bar Select-Modify.
