Tuna and Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients
3 slices of whole-wheat bread, half a can of tuna (in oil or water), 2 slices of cheese, 1 egg. Crushed black pepper.
How to do
1. Add a little oil to the pan, fry the egg half-cooked and sprinkle with crushed black pepper.
2. Toast the bread slices in the oven or in a pan for color. It's best to spread a little butter on them before toasting them for more flavor.
3. Take a slice of bread, spread a slice of cheese, put some tuna and cover with another slice of bread. Add a second slice of cheese, place the fried egg on top of the cheese and finally cover with another slice of bread. Just cut it from the center.
