first step
Wash the bought peanuts, put them in a wok, stir-fry the water on the surface with low fire, and then stir-fry slowly until there is a crackling sound, and the smell of cooked peanuts can be clearly smelled. If the peanuts you buy are clean, you don't need to wash them. You can fry them directly, which makes them easier to cook. Take the peanuts out and let them cool, so that they will be more brittle.
Second step
It is very convenient to peel peanuts after cooling and then make them into fine powder with a cooking machine. I suggest you use a wall-breaking machine to make them more delicate and taste very good.
Third step
Now we can start a basic seasoning. I don't like putting too much seasoning in Chili sauce to spoil the original flavor of Chili and peanuts. Here I just add some salt as the basic seasoning, just mix the salt and peanut powder fully. I put two kinds of Chili noodles, one is slightly spicy, the other is very spicy, slightly spicy for color matching and very spicy for seasoning.
Fourth step
Heat the cooking oil or lard, pour it on the Chili noodles, and then stir it evenly. Our hot sauce is ready.
