1. The pig belly needs to be cleaned, and the fascia attached to the pig belly must be cut off.
2. Cut the scissors from the opening of the pig’s belly.
3. Cut a gap for easy cleaning.
4. Turn the pig belly out from the gap and rinse it under running water.
5. Add 2 tablespoons of salt to the cooking basin and put the washed pork belly into it.
