Today's young people don't want to go to work, not because they can't stand suffering, but for various reasons. Today's work is very different from the past. Personally, the reasons why young people don't want to go to work are as follows:

1. Nowadays, young people's parents are mainly born in the 1971s, and they were born in the 1991s, even near the Millennium. During this period, most families in China were in good condition, and with many only children, they were once called "Little Emperor" and "Little Sun". Many families were pampered by their parents and grandparents. To some extent, they are more independent than the post-81s generation and have no family burden. As one of the goals of the migrant workers, buying a house is ready for their children before graduation, so there is no pressure, so they choose more.

2. Changes in working environment and concepts Although parents always say that there are more opportunities to choose now, they have to admit that there are more overtime, and the entertainment that young people hate has not decreased in many traditional industries, plus their growing environment (family)

Secondly, some people who don't go to work are not at home. Whether it is the advocacy of the slogan of "innovation" a few years ago or the help of the Internet era, making money is no longer a traditional way to work in enterprises. When I was in college, I met students born after 1991 who regarded studying in college as a source of student resources for their own business opportunities (let me sigh), and also used the Internet platform to "play" with my Tarot hobby. In interviews and work, basically more than half of the post-91 s and post-11 s students have had or have actually had a dream of starting their own businesses (unlike the post-81 s way of finding out the routine first and then doing it themselves, they will be bolder and have ideas).

Of course, although many people sing "I won't go to work tomorrow" every day, they have to get up early to squeeze into the subway because of the reality of the backbone. Most people who don't have family capital and don't have so many ideas finally embark on the step-by-step road after going through society. After all, although it is bitter, the pressure is much less than that of entrepreneurs who think about where the next meal is every day. There are still a few people standing at the top of the pyramid.
