The upper limit of the number of indicators to be applied for in a year shall not exceed 12. Within the upper limit, all applications for new energy minibus indicators can be made, and the number of applications for ordinary minibus indicators shall not exceed 6;

(b) Manufacturing enterprises and enterprises in the information transmission, software and information technology service industry whose registered office is located in this city, and which have a valid business license with unified social credit code, and which have completed a fixed asset investment of RMB 10 million yuan (inclusive) or more in this city in the previous year can apply for one indicator in the current year; they can apply for one additional indicator for every additional RMB 20 million yuan, but the upper limit of the number of indicators applied for in the annual application shall not exceed 12. . Within the upper limit, you can apply for all new energy minibus indicators, and the number of ordinary minibus indicator applications shall not exceed 6.

? (C) Institutions, social groups and other organizations with a place of registration in the city that are not fully funded and have a valid registration certificate with a unified social credit code can apply for one ordinary minibus indicator and one new energy minibus indicator per year.

2. Family Application for Vehicle Purchase Indicator

The main family applicant participates in the allocation of the indicator on behalf of the family and acts as the owner of the indicator. All family applicants are not allowed to register for another application for the allocation of the indicator within ten years after the main applicant of the family has obtained the indicator. During the process of applying for the allocation of indicators on a household basis, the household applicant cannot apply for the allocation of indicators in other forms at the same time. All family applicants must declare that the application information and materials provided are true and valid, and undertake to comply with the foregoing provisions.

? (i) The family consists of the main family applicant and other family applicants, and the total number of applicants shall not be less than two;

? (b) The other family applicants are limited to the spouse, children, parents, in-laws or parents-in-law of the main applicant, and shall meet the requirement of "individuals whose domicile is in the city";

? (c) All family applicants and their spouses do not have a City-registered minibus in their name;

? (d) Individuals who have a City-registered minibus in the name of their former spouse at the time of divorce shall not be eligible as a family applicant within ten years of the divorce, except for those who have been divorced prior to January 1, 2021.

3. Individuals applying for a vehicle purchase index

Individuals applying for a vehicle purchase index are required to meet the following conditions: First, persons with a household registration in the city; active duty military personnel and active duty armed police officers in the Beijing armed forces; Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreigners holding a valid identification document who have resided in the city for more than one year in the recent past; and persons with a valid Beijing Work Residence Permit who do not have a household registration in the city. The second is to hold a valid Beijing Residence Permit, and in the past five years (including) continuously in the city to pay social insurance premiums and personal income tax of non-city household registration and other personnel.
