Correct use and maintenance methods of refrigerator freezer

Handling and placing

1. The freezer should be placed stably and evacuated from the packaging base to reduce vibration and noise. When moving, the inclination angle shall not be greater than 45 degrees.

2. There should be a certain space between the freezer and adjacent items to facilitate ventilation and heat dissipation.

3. The freezer should be away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

4. Don't put it in a place with heavy moisture or easy splashing water.

Don't put it in an environment that is too cold to freeze.

After moving the freezer, let it stand for 30 minutes before turning on the power.

Regulating operation

1. Turn on the power: the green indicator light indicates that the power is turned on and the refrigerator is in working condition.

2. Temperature adjustment: The storage temperature of the freezer is adjusted by the thermostat in the machine room. The thermostat should be adjusted according to the ambient temperature and the specific situation of food stored in the freezer. In summer, it is recommended to lower the temperature control point (turn the thermostat knob counterclockwise). The temperature control point of the freezer is generally set at the factory, so it should not be adjusted frequently during normal use. Don't touch other parts when adjusting the thermostat knob.

3. Trial operation: Turn on the power supply for trial operation. If there is obvious cooling feeling after half an hour, it means that the freezer is working normally. After the empty cabinet runs for a period of time (6 hours in summer and 4 hours in winter), frozen food can be put into the cabinet for storage.

safety measure

1. The freezer shall be equipped with a separate three hole socket and a suitable fuse with a fuse capacity of 5A. Multipurpose sockets are not allowed.

2. If the voltage is unstable or beyond the range of 187V-242V, an appropriate automatic voltage regulator shall be installed.

1. Defrost: After the freezer is used for a period of time, the inner container will be frosted. If the frost is too thick, it will affect the refrigeration effect of the freezer and increase the power consumption of the freezer. So every once in a while, when the frost layer reaches about 5 mm, it is necessary to scrape off the frost with plastic.

2. When defrosting, cut off the power supply, take out the insulation items and put them in the shade. In order to speed up the defrosting process, a pot filled with hot water can be put into the cabinet.

3. After the frost layer is removed and melted, dry the freezer with a dry cloth, and then turn on the power supply to continue using it.

4. Cleaning: For safety, please unplug the power plug before cleaning.

5. When cleaning the freezer, please use a soft cloth or sponge, dipped in water or soap (non-corrosive neutral cleaner can be used). Wipe with a dry cloth after cleaning to prevent rust. When cleaning thermostats and other electrical appliances, please wring the rag dry.

6. Soft brushes are often used in the machine room to remove the dust on the condenser, compressor and dustproof net to maintain good refrigeration effect.

7. Stop using: If you want to stop using the refrigerator for a long time, you should cut off the power supply and clean it as mentioned above. And sealed after the cover is opened and dried.

8. Under normal circumstances, don't stop using it, otherwise it will affect the service life of the freezer.

Instructions for use:

1. After the power is turned on, the red light is on and the compressor works. After ten minutes, the temperature indicator can show that the freezer is working normally. Turn the knob of the thermostat clockwise, the temperature is getting lower and lower, and stop when it reaches a certain low temperature. At this time, the green light is on and the red light is off. 2. If there is too much food, you can work intermittently. Don't let the compressor work for a long time. You can manually close the food after quick freezing.

3. When food is loaded into the cabinet, there should be a gap between the top, bottom, left and right sides, and cold air convection will save electricity and prolong the service life of the compressor.
