Preparation before starting:

Start:

1. Close the pump outlet valve; 2. Fully open the pump inlet valve;

3. Start the motor and observe whether the pump is running normally;

4. Adjust the opening of the outlet valve to meet the required working conditions. If the user is equipped with a flowmeter or pressure gauge at the pump outlet, the pump should be operated at the rated point listed in the performance parameter table by adjusting the opening and closing degree of the outlet valve. If the user is not equipped with a flowmeter or pressure gauge at the pump outlet, the opening of the outlet valve should be adjusted. Measure the motor current of the pump to make the motor run within the rated current, otherwise the pump will be overloaded (that is, the motor will be burnt out when running with high current), and adjusting the opening of the outlet valve is related to the pipeline situation; 5. Check the leakage of shaft seal. Under normal circumstances, the leakage of mechanical seal should be less than 3 drops per minute; 6. Check the temperature rise of motor and bearing ≤80℃.
