On May 7, 2022, Wuwei Passenger Transport Center Station fully resumed intercity and inter-county passenger lines, and buses from Lanzhou, Zhongchuan Airport, Zhangye, Jiayuguan, Jinchang, Yongchang, Baiyin, Jingtai, Haishiwan, Linxia, Honghui No.4 Mine, Huangcheng, Tianzhu, Gulang, Dajing, Tumen, Tan Zhi, Minqin and Haxi.

Wuwei comprehensive passenger hub center is located on the north side of Wuwei Railway Station. It is a first-class passenger station with a total construction area of 2 1 1,000 square meters and a total investment of 2.6 billion yuan. It integrates the functions of public-rail combined transport, online ticketing, transportation command and dispatch, emergency rescue support, information intelligent monitoring, skills training for transportation employees, maintenance and testing services, catering and accommodation, business transactions and so on.
