Three. Recruitment procedures and methods
1, register and review. 2. written test and interview. The examination is conducted in a combination of written examination and interview. Written test score 100, covering current affairs and politics, comprehensive basic knowledge, etc. According to the written test results, the interviewer determines the finalists according to the ratio of 1:3. Interview score 100, qualified score 60. The comprehensive score is calculated according to the written test accounting for 40% and the interview accounting for 60%. If the number of job applicants is less than 3, the job recruitment plan will be cancelled.
3. Physical examination and examination. Physical examination and investigation are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 1. The physical examination is carried out according to the physical examination standards of civil servants in our province. Inspection: The Party Committee of the new town conducts a qualification inspection of the candidates who have passed the physical examination, and inspects their morality, ability, diligence, achievements and the situation that needs to be avoided. Candidates who give up the medical examination or fail to pass the medical examination and are determined to be unsuitable for employment will not be replaced.
4. Publicity and employment. According to the results of examination, physical examination and investigation, the personnel to be hired are determined, and the list of personnel to be hired is publicized for 7 working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problem does not affect the employment after verification, it will be employed; Those who reflect the problems affecting employment and find evidence will not be hired; If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected at the moment, the employment will be suspended, and then whether to hire or not will be decided after investigation. Posts that are decided not to be hired will not be replenished.
Fourth, relevant treatment.
1. After employment, sign a labor contract with the department, and the salary and welfare benefits will be implemented with reference to the annual salary system of the employees employed by the new town department.
