Click Keyword Settings.
You can prompt the user to reply according to keywords, such as the number 1 and the number 2, and then prompt the user to reply the number 1 for any help.
When replying, try to point to the webpage with anchor text links to provide users with more detailed information. Anchor text can be set as your own website.
Master more skills. For example, if the prompt is too long, you can set up multiple messages, and then the customer will reply to the corresponding number. In more messages, you can prompt users to click on which number to find the answer they need.
