1. Opening a shop generally refers to individual industrial and commercial households. If the business scope is only a general business project, you can directly apply for a business license. If it is a licensed project, you need to apply for the corresponding license.

2. Individual industrial and commercial households use their own business premises as their business premises:

(1) Submit a copy of the property right certificate of its own premises;

(two) to rent other people's houses, it shall submit a copy of the lease agreement and the house property certificate;

(three) unable to submit proof of property rights of the business premises, you can submit the relevant certificates issued by the market organizers, various development zone management committees and village neighborhood committees approved by the government to engage in business activities in the premises;

(four) the use of military real estate as a residence, it shall submit a copy of the military real estate lease license.
