To become a flasher, you can download an app called "Flash Player" on Android phone, scan the QR code in Flash official website, sign up in the app and make an appointment for training, and then you will officially become a qualified flasher through the training of Flash Player.
Note that this app is called flash, not flash. Currently only Android phones are supported.
