4. Notice of pre-approval of enterprise name change;

5. The resolution that the shareholders agree to change the name (it shall conform to the voting ratio of shareholders as stipulated in the Articles of Association, with the personal signature of the natural person shareholder and the official seal of corporate shareholders);

6. Revised articles of association or amendments to articles of association (signed by the legal representative of the company and stamped with the official seal of the company).
