The "Golden Triangle of Career Planning"

On the morning of August 29, the fifth installment of the "Famous Enterprises and Famous Experts on Campus" series was held in the auditorium of the Research Building of the College. The fifth phase of the series of activities in the Research Building Lecture Hall, Wave Group Human Resources Department of the Talent Configuration Center Manager Xie Tongguan was invited to do career planning theme report for the 2017 students of our college. Che Haiyan, assistant dean of the college, presided over the presentation.

Manager Xie first told the students the story of Wave's corporate culture, pointing out that to be a person, we must not forget the beginning, down-to-earth, but also to see the long term and the future, he encouraged everyone to seriously take on the heavy responsibility of life, and do a good job of life planning. His report centered on the themes of youth and learning, success and dreams. He put forward the abilities that students should have during the student period, pointed out that in order to be successful, we must persist, and suggested that students should have great ambitions, read more, and cultivate their own interests and hobbies. He used simple and easy-to-understand language, sometimes with good guidance and sometimes impassioned, won the students a burst of endless applause.

At two o'clock in the afternoon, Wang Li, the human resource director of Beijing Da Dong Catering Co., Ltd. spoke about career planning for the students of the College of Humanities in Room 112 of the Student Activity Center. Through the "Golden Triangle Model", she explained how to reasonably plan time, set goals and utilize resources in order to achieve success in future learning and work, and answered the students' questions on the spot, which made the students gain a lot.

The Wave Group and Beijing Da Dong Catering Co., Ltd. are both long-term school-enterprise cooperation units of the College, and the success of the two presentations has provided further guidance for new students in their academic and life planning, and has a good role in promoting their future development.
