Exercise:
1. Wash the rice and soak it in 1000 ml water 1 hour.

Tips:
1. Soak rice in cold water for more than 1 hour, and you can cook softer and more glutinous porridge.
If there is no casserole at home, you can use a pan instead. But casserole porridge is easier to keep the temperature and taste of porridge.
