1. Sea grapes are unique algae in Okinawa, with low calories and no cholesterol. They only grow in clean water without pollution. The granules are crystal clear and green, like green grapes. They can be eaten raw and taste like crabs. Although there are similar grape algae in Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia and other places in Southeast Asia, its nutritional value is far from comparable to other producing areas because of different waters and water quality and great differences in varieties and quality.
2. Dryopteris longipedunculata mainly consists of polysaccharide and fiber (59.52%), protein content (14.37%), complete amino acid balance, flavor amino acids accounting for 47.86% of total amino acids, low fat content, mostly unsaturated fatty acids (1.8%), rich in minerals and vitamins, among which Dryopteris longipedunculata.
