Salt Bureau Chicken: A rice cooker will do. Cut the chicken into pieces and drain it carefully. Then marinate with salted chicken essence, ginger and onion 1 hour. The longer it takes, the better it tastes. After pickling, put it in the rice cooker and press the cooking button, so you don't have to pay attention to it. After the button jumps, turn the bottom up with chopsticks, turn the bottom down, and press the button again, so that when the button jumps again, it can be eaten. Don't use too big a chicken, it's hard to cook.
Chicken wings with cola: marinate chicken wings with soy sauce, ginger and oil, then stir-fry them in a pot, then pour in cola and measure them yourself. I usually put the chicken wings just covered in, stew them until the juice is almost dry, and then season them out of the pot. The salt must be stirred well, otherwise it will be too sweet.
I made all these myself, not according to the recipe. It can be delicious to mess around casually, and the most important thing is the taste.
But it depends on your boyfriend's mouth.
If you are particular, don't use my food.
