This dish should be a seasonal stir-fry that nourishes the liver and clears the lungs when eaten in spring. I haven’t posted it yet. Today I organized the photos and posted this homemade stir-fry dish from my hometown. Economical and nutritious dish that goes well with meals.

Ingredients

Main ingredients: 50g leeks, 50g bean sprouts, 100g eggs, 50g vermicelli;

Accessory ingredients: appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of salt

Soak the vermicelli till soft.

Tips

Put the leeks last, otherwise they will not taste good.
