First, leather is cut to form two watchbands, and each watchband style needs a different steel knife film to create watchbands of various sizes. Workers coat adhesive on the back of each strap, wait for other stones to dry after they are sold, and then stick the clock band core in the middle. The clock band core is made of elastic synthetic material with a core and reinforced with glass fiber. Cut a small hole at the end with a precision blade machine, turn the skin over and fit the belt core. One side of each strap is equipped with a spring-loaded crossbar, which is used to connect the watch and indicate the installation position of the crossbar. Then, make a small hole in its bottom, coat it with super glue, fold the skin and wrap it horizontally, and the glue will soon dry.

Second, now apply the glue to the belt core, and then spread it in the mold, so that the leather is tightly attached to the edge, so that the extra part is easy to fold, and the open end is cut into a bevel by a machine, and then the leather on the back is polished by a small sander, which will make the surface rough and help the leather to fit. In order to make the strap ring on the buckle bag, the end of a small piece of leather is cut diagonally, coated with glue and stuck together. The ring should have a suitable width, which can cover two watchbands, one of which is still fixed under the buckle of the watchband, and the leather pleats are brushed with glue. In the past, the fixation should be clamped with tweezers to ensure a close combination.

Third, the workers sew each belt with a strong thin thread made of polyethylene. In order to avoid the appearance of the thin thread being exposed, the end of the thin thread is pressed into the leather, and two holes are punched at the end of the buckle for sewing to strengthen the first adhesive buckle, and then two holes are punched on the back of the second buckle for sewing to make the buckle more firm. Heat the curved tip of the soldering iron at the edge of each belt to form a smooth and flat edge. Adjust the gap for the belt buckle to pass faster with hot tools again, put the end of the belt buckle into the press, cut out the narrow groove of the belt buckle, print the company name on the leather lining with the hot press, punch holes with adjustable length on the press, and then randomly sample for quality inspection. This machine pulls the two ends of the strap in opposite directions, and the maximum pulling force can reach 22 kilograms, thus making a leather strap.
