Ingredients: chicken legs.
Accessories: water, salt, pepper, cooking wine, fried chicken powder, vegetable oil.
Tools: toothpicks, pots, plates, jars, colander, baking tray, oven.
1. Wash and dry the chicken leg, and then poke some holes in it.
2. Add salt, pepper and cooking wine to the chicken legs, mix well and marinate for more than 4 hours.
3. Pour the fried chicken powder into the dish, and evenly coat the marinated chicken legs with the fried chicken powder.
4. Wrap the chicken leg with fried chicken powder and let it stand for a few minutes. After the powder on the surface of the chicken leg gets wet, coat it with powder.
5. Add enough vegetable oil into the pot, heat it to 60% heat, add chicken legs and fry for 3-5 minutes until the surface turns golden yellow, and take it out.
6. Put the fried chicken legs in a baking tray and put them in an oven preheated to 180℃ and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
