Why does the laser cutting machine drop slag in the opposite direction when it starts cutting after blasting perforation?

There are many reasons. First, there may be slag on the cutting nozzle during hole blasting, resulting in uneven gas discharge;

Second, because the cutting nozzle is not tightened, the coaxial line becomes crooked when the hole is exploded;

Third, the parameter problem, the time difference from pulse to continuous wave after hole blasting and the incorrect design of gas outlet;

Fourth, the blasting hole is incomplete. Generally speaking, holes are cut by light, not perforated.
