Add salt to two sides and knead the dough with boiling water (don't ask me why I need boiling water, I just add it casually). If you are afraid of the heat, you can stir it with chopsticks and knead it in less than half a minute (I didn't wake up because I couldn't wait).
Divide the dough into four parts (the cup I call is the rice cooker cup). Roll out a piece (round or non-round) with a rolling pin. I roll it like this. Make a cake first, then fold it in half, hold a ball, then flatten it and roll it into a cake.
Oil the hot pan and the flat pan. Do not use too much oil. The cake does not stick to the pan. It doesn't matter if it is slightly burnt.
You can put the first cake when the oil is slightly hot, and you can make the second cake when the oil is slightly hot. Turn down the fire.
/kloc-about 0/5 seconds, the cake can be reversed, and then the sauce is brushed. In fact, the sweet noodle sauce may be better, but my sweet noodle sauce is bagged, and it took about 15 seconds to brush the opposite sauce. I am not happy.
When you feel almost done, take it out and brush the next cake oil.
200g flour, 135g warm water, sesame paste, vegetable oil and sugar.
1 Add warm water to the flour, and stir with chopsticks as you add it.
2 After mixing evenly, stir the dough by hand. At first, the dough will be sticky. When the dough is not sticky, cover it with plastic wrap. Bake the dough 15 minutes. It doesn't matter if it's longer. It doesn't look smooth, but it doesn't matter if it is smooth.
While waiting for noodles, pour a proper amount of sesame paste into a small bowl, add sugar and a proper amount of vegetable oil and mix well.
4. Knead the dough a few times, it will become very smooth. Grease the table a little, roll the dough into a big sheet, spread sesame paste on the dough after rolling, roll it up from long to bottom, grab both ends and stretch it properly, then roll it up from one end and let it stand for 10 minute.
5 Roll the dough into a round cake (not too thin), heat it in a pot, add the right amount of oil, and bake it on low heat. Cover when baking and cook.
