Chop pork into mud and marinate it with proper amount of sugar, salt and soy sauce. The longer it lasts, the better it tastes. It doesn't taste like pork (I pickled it all afternoon).
Two fist-sized lotus roots, peeled and cleaned.
Scrape it into mud, and put the pulp and lotus root paste in a container.
Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, sugar and salt and mix well.
Add marinated pork, mix well and steam on a plate. (I put it on rice noodles and steam it together when cooking)
