If you just don't believe it in general, it's ok to offer a statue of Guanyin. If there is a Buddhist in the family, it depends on who practices. Sacrifice the corresponding Buddha statues according to their ancestral wishes. For example, Pure Land Sect requires a special room for Amitabha and Guanyin Bodhisattva, and a statue of Bodhisattva for offering sacrifices to Buddha and Bodhisattva. The table doesn't need a special niche, no sundries, no pressure. Statues or niches of buddhas and bodhisattvas should be enshrined in the upper building.

If you have to set up niches in bedrooms and other places, there should be yellow and white cloth strips in front of the niches, and worship, incense and after-school clothes should be made. This has no other special meaning, just showing respect. We should let our parents live in a good room, right? Can't show off in front of parents, can't couples make out in front of their parents?

Water supply: remind "clean and equal", when you have been clean and equal, you will realize.

Incense Sacrifice: Remind that "abstinence will make you really fragrant". If you really keep abstinence and strictness to produce a certain concentration, your body will also emit fragrance.

For flowers and fruits: remind "good fruit comes from good deeds"

Catering (vegetarian): Remind "filial parents".

Buddhism uses these props to preach.
