Boao Forum for Asia is a non-governmental, non-profit international organization. Boao Forum for Asia is committed to promoting Asian countries to achieve their development goals through further integration of regional economies.

BoaoForumforAsia (BFA), initiated by 25 Asian countries and Australia, held a general meeting in Boao Town, Wanquan Estuary, qionghai city, Hainan Province on February 27th, 20001,and was formally announced. At the time of its establishment, it adopted programmatic documents such as the Declaration and the Guiding Principles of the Constitution.
