first step
Peel the lotus root, wash it and cut it into uniform blocks (not too thick, about 1cm).

Third step
Put cold water in the soup pot and pig's trotters in the soup pot (cold water must be put in to remove the residual blood and impurities).
Fourth step

Cover the soup pot and bring it to a boil.

Scoop out the floating foam with a spoon after the pot is boiled (to prevent it from getting too greasy when drinking).

Adding a teaspoon of vinegar and putting some vinegar in the soup can make the minerals such as calcium, phosphorus and iron in the bones dissolve, be fully utilized and have higher nutritional value. In addition, vinegar can also prevent vitamins in food from being destroyed.
