Mount Everest is located in the south of Ganggou Street, with two peaks, just like the wings of a phoenix. "Banggu Yangge" is a dance art form with Ganggou as the center and covering the whole territory of Licheng. It has a history of more than 200 years. During the Qianlong period of Qing Dynasty, there was a family named Lan Yu Village in Ganggou Street. Each of the four brothers has a beautiful daughter, and the whole family 12 people live in harmony. The wife cooks tofu at home, the husband carries the burden and sells it in the countryside, and the daughters help their mother with housework. One year during the Spring Festival, men, women and children in the village beat gongs and drums, walked on stilts and celebrated the New Year noisily. Four daughters were trapped at home and felt very lonely. They went back to their room and cried, claiming to go out to play with their sisters. The next day, my father bought drums and distributed them to his four daughters. He picked up the bean curd stick himself, and his wife picked it up as a bean curd wrap. The whole family knocked and danced and entertained themselves. Neighbors also rushed to dance. After the performance, the number of performers increased from a few to a large number, and developed to the whole village, and the dance continued to enrich, becoming a unique folk art form of the festival. Whenever the Spring Festival comes, the "Bangbangyangko" people will dress up, with colorful flags beating in front to clear the way, and two people behind them will carry a grain depot made of straw and paste the word "Fu" with a red pen, followed by the "Bangbangyangko" team, dancing and walking in the streets and lanes, and performing at the venue to send blessings to the villagers.
