Ingredients
100g dried seabass, 100g fresh shrimp, 400g pork belly, 50g water chestnuts, 10g shredded ginger, 15g chopped green onion, cornstarch, raw Smoke a little each, and add appropriate amounts of salt, sugar, pepper, and peanut oil
Method
1. Cut the dried seabass into pieces and set aside; wash the fresh shrimps and set aside;
2. Wash the pork belly and chop into minced meat, mix with water chestnut pellets, salt, sugar, pepper, peanut oil and a little cornstarch and serve on a plate;
3. Put fresh shrimps and dried seabass on it. Steam in the steamer for 10 minutes until cooked, then sprinkle with shredded ginger and chopped green onion, drizzle with cooked oil, and add a little light soy sauce.
