Name: Braised Crucian Carp

Ingredients: 6 crucian carp.

3 tablespoons bean paste

3 tablespoons chicken oil

3 tablespoons water

Methods: 1. Wash crucian carp, fry in boiling oil for about 3 minutes, and take it out.

2. Stir-fry the bean paste with chicken oil, add water and add fish.

Simmer until the juice is dry.

Braised abalone in sauce

Ingredients: abalone in Bohai Bay 12(600g).

Accessories: chopped green onion, ginger and garlic

Seasoning: soy sauce, fresh soup, chicken essence, salt, cooking wine, pepper, sugar and starch.

Cooking method:

1. Wash the abalone, blanch it with boiling water until it is half cooked, add cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, take it out and drain it;

Ingredients: 500g long tender eggplant.
