Raw materials:

250g glutinous rice, walnut kernel 15g, dried sweet potato, raisin, hawthorn cake, green plum, sugar rose 10g, sugar 150g.

25g of cooked lard and water starch, 5g of sweet almond and 5g of sesame.

Exercise:

1. Dried sweet potato, green plum, walnut kernel and hawthorn cake are diced.

2. Boil 500 grams of water, add 75 grams of white sugar and glutinous rice, simmer until the rice grains are not raw, simmer for a while, add 20 grams of cooked lard and stir well.
