2 large pieces of chicken breast 00g, 2 tablespoons of Thai sweet and spicy sauce, salt 1 teaspoon, soy sauce 1 teaspoon, cooking wine 1 teaspoon, 2 slices of ginger and a few drops of soy sauce.
