Exercise:
1. Wash the millet and soak it for 20 minutes.
2. Wash the ribs, cut a small piece and marinate with seasoning for 20 minutes.
3. Drain the soaked millet, add 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp chopped onion and ginger, and stir well.
4. Put the marinated ribs into the millet and stir.
5. Peel the sweet potato and cut it into small pieces, put it in a steaming bowl, spread ribs on the surface, move it into a wok and steam for 30 minutes.
Tip:
1, millet is not suitable for long-term soaking to prevent excessive outflow of nutrients.
2, in addition to sweet potatoes, you can also use potatoes and taro as the bottom, mainly to digest and absorb the juice discharged from ribs.
3, pork belly can also be used instead of ribs, which is fatter and more tender.
Steaming in a pressure cooker will make ribs and millet softer.
