Euryale ferox, Poria cocos, japonica rice, rice.

1. Grind Euryale Semen and Poria into powder and mix with warm water to make paste;

2. Wash the japonica rice and soak it in cold water for half an hour;

3. Pour the japonica rice into the pot, add cold water and bring it to a boil;

4. Pour Poria Euryale powder into the pot and stir evenly;
