Keep one piece of brine tofu and wipe off the excess water for later use.

Prepare the seasoning for brine tofu.

Cut the tofu into pieces after 7-8 cm, and mine is cut into four pieces with two knives.

Put about 80 grams of oil into the oil pan, and when the oil temperature is 60% hot, fry the tofu until it is cooked.

Fry until golden on both sides.

Remove excess oil from the tofu, put the tofu back into the pot, add salt, onion, ginger, pepper, aniseed, fragrant leaves, fennel, cinnamon, sugar, soy sauce and soy sauce and simmer in water. Those who like to eat marinated eggs can boil and put a piece of marinated eggs.

The marinade is basically gone, so it needs to be marinated!

The marinated tofu can be eaten after being cooled out of the pot and cut open!
