2 pieces of corn (3 pieces can be used for smaller corn)
Seasoning: salt (according to taste)
Special tools: electric pressure cooker or rice cooker with porridge cooking function.
Exercise:
1. Wash pork chops, put them in a pot with cold water, boil them and skim off the foam. The bubbles are basically gone. Turn off the fire and fish them out.
2. Put the cooked pork chops and cut corn into the pot and drain the water.
If it is an electric pressure cooker, there will be little liquid damage, so it is ok for water not to eat food. If you use a rice cooker, there will be more water.
3. Set it to the meat stall or perform it regularly for 50 minutes (electric pressure cooker). The rice cooker will take a long time.
You can have a rest. Then open the lid and add some salt. Just eat mellow and non-greasy corn sparerib soup.
