5. Boil the water in the soup pot, and put the frozen jiaozi into the pot to cook. At first, jiaozi was submerged and then floated up, because it was small and easy to cook.

7. Put the fermented glutinous rice into the pot. I like a little thicker, put about 450g of fermented glutinous rice, then boil it on high fire, add a proper amount of rock sugar and cook it together, or change the rock sugar into brown sugar;
8. Knock the eggs into the pot and cook them into poached eggs. Usually a few people in the family cook a few. I like to boil eggs for a shorter time;
9. After the fire boils, the eggs are cooked quickly, so you can take them out and put them in the bowl. Before cooking, put the soaked Lycium barbarum into the pot and cook for a while.
