Commonly known as external fire. The scientific name "Yanghuojiang" is a perennial herb, that is, a plant of Zingiberaceae. It is called "Yanghuojiang" because it also grows in Japan, and its primary buds are shaped like "Yanghuojiang" (that is, matches).
You can eat it as cold as a cucumber. You can also eat it with a knife and stir-fry it. Stir-fry green peppers or stir-fry them with meat. Don't pick. It smells heavy! hahaha. Yunnan, Guizhou, Hunan and other mountainous areas are rich. Good stuff.
