Main ingredients
Mustard greens (150g), tofu (1 piece), pork (100g)

Steps
1. Chop mustard greens (mustard greens are salty, Soak it in clean water beforehand).
2. Slice the pork, and cut the lean meat and fat meat separately.
3. Cut the tofu into cubes.
4. Cut green onion into sections and slice ginger.
5. Heat the wok, add a little vegetable oil, heat and stir-fry the meat until it changes color.
6. Add onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Cut off a few sections of chili pepper. If you don’t like spicy food, don’t add it.
7. Add mustard greens and stir-fry, then add a small spoonful of pepper noodles, two spoons of soy sauce, stir-fry for a few times and add water (just enough to cover the tofu). Old soup is better.
8. Add tofu, cover the pot and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Taste the taste. If it is bland, add some salt to taste. Add chicken essence and serve.
