Ingredients: perch 1, ginger powder, salt, dried starch, minced garlic, frozen colored vegetables, shredded onion, shredded red pepper, water starch, edible oil, broth or water, tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine, etc.
Exercise:
(1) Clean the perch, apply ginger powder and salt again, and marinate for five minutes.
