How to make perch delicious?

1. Steamed bass

Ingredients: perch, leek, ginger, rice wine, steamed fish black soybean oil, salt, pepper, lard, vegetable oil, etc.

Exercise:

(1) Cut ginger and onion in half and soak in water for later use.

(4) After steaming for four or five minutes, take out the steamed fish dish, pour out the water inside, add three spoonfuls of rice wine, and continue steaming for three minutes. After steaming, turn off the heat and stew for another five minutes.

(5) Take out the fish after stewing, throw away the onion and ginger, and pour the soup on the fish.

(6) Add a small amount of vegetable oil to the heating pot and heat it, then pour it on the fish.

2. Sweet and sour perch

Ingredients: perch 1, ginger powder, salt, dried starch, minced garlic, frozen colored vegetables, shredded onion, shredded red pepper, water starch, edible oil, broth or water, tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine, etc.

Exercise:

(1) Clean the perch, apply ginger powder and salt again, and marinate for five minutes.

(2) Take a small bowl, add tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and cooking wine in turn, and then stir well.

(3) Apply dry starch to the pickled perch, and be sure to apply it evenly. When finished, grab the fish tail by hand and shake the perch twice to shake off some excess starch.

(4) Heat the pot, add a proper amount of vegetable oil, and when the oil is 70% to 80% hot, slowly put the fish into the pot and start frying.

(5) fry until the surface is crisp and hard, and the color is golden, and then take out the pan and plate.

(6) Leave a little base oil in the original pot, heat it, turn to low heat, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add vegetables and stir well.

(7) Add the sauce prepared in the second step and stir evenly, then add the stock, stir evenly and boil.

(8) After boiling, turn to high fire, mix dry starch with water, then pour into the pot to thicken, and turn off the fire after the soup is thick and boiled.

(9) Sprinkle shredded onion and shredded pepper on the fried fish, and then pour the prepared juice on the fish.

3. Song Sao Bass Soup

Ingredients: 1 perch, yellow wine, vinegar, ham, salt, 1 egg, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, white pepper, starch, shallots, etc.

Exercise:

(1) Slice ginger and mince onion for later use. Ham, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, etc. Chop them separately for later use.

(2) Wash the perch, smear salt on the surface, add ginger slices and onion segments, and marinate with cooking wine for 15 to 30 minutes.

(3) Boil and steam in a water pot, and steam after SAIC for 10 minute.

(4) Take out the perch after steaming, remove the onion and ginger, and then tear the fish into shredded fish with a fork and other tools.

(5) Pour a proper amount of water into the pot and add mushrooms, shredded bamboo shoots, shredded ham, etc. Put it in a pot and bring it to a boil. What can't perch eat with?

Foods similar to perch are: clams, cheese, cream, cattle and sheep oil, licorice and Schizonepeta.

Who is not suitable for eating perch?
